Ingredients
- Aamla fresh - 250grms
- Salt to taste
- Rai (Mustered seeds) - 1tsp
- Saunf (ani seed)- 2tsp
- Methi seeds - 1tsp
- Haldi (Turmeric) powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dhania(Coriander ) powder - 1tsp.
- Cooking oil - 3tbsps
Wash Aamla properly with fresh water and cut into 6-8 pieces, remove the seeds. Mix Rai, Saunf, Methi seeds and grind coarsely. Heat the oil in a pan add grinded Rai, Saunf, Methi seeds stir for few seconds add aamla, salt, haldi, red chilli, dhania powder stir to mix all masalas and aamla properly. Cook on sim gas till water is dry and aamla is soft, if required few drops of water can be added. When aamla is soft and quoted with the masalas remove from the gas and keep a side. When it is cool store in a air tight container and keep in fridge. It can be retained for 5-7 day. It can served at dinner or lunch. It is good for health.
