Gurh Ki Roti
- Wheat floor kneed to a dough required for normal Chapatti.
- Gurh properly grated or crushed - 2tbsps for each roti
- Cooking oil preferably pure ghee.
Make a ball bit bigger than the ball required for normal chappati, roll out to the extent of the normal chappati size grease middle of its top with ghee place grated gurh in the center, fold chapatti in the shape of half circle and press the edges to seal properly so that it does not open while cooking; place it on preheated and greased tawa and cook both sides properly. Remove from tawa and place in serving plate grease its top with ghee; make hole in the center of the top and place one spoon of pure ghee in it. Serve hot with papar.
