Gwar Phalli












Ingredients
  • Gwar Phalli - 250 grms (chopped thinly),
  • Onion finally chopped - 1 medium size(6 heaped tbsps)
  • Tomato finally chopped - 1 medium size(6 heaped tbsps)
  • Garlic crushed - 1tsp.
  • Ginger crushed - 1tsp.
  • Green chilli finally chopped - 2
  • Salt to taste.
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Dhania(Coriander ) Powder - 1 tsp.
  • Haldi (Turmaric) powder-1/2 tsp.
  • Cooking oil - 3-4 tbsp.
Method
  1. Wash chopped gwar properly and boil on sim gas for 10-15 minutes or till it is soft..
  2. Heat the oil in karahi add gwar phalli and all other ingredients stir gently to mix all ingredients properly.
  3. Close the karahi with its lid and cook till its water dries. In the meantime occasionally stir to avoid the sticking of it to the bottom of the karahi.
  4. When water is completely dry mash lightly with the cooking spoon(Karchhi) and remove from the gas,
  5. Serve hot with chapattis
