Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour - 200grms
- Black Pepper coarsely grinded - 1tbsp.
- Jeera (cumin seeds) - 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Cooking Oil.
- Water
Place flour in a big broad bowl(Thal) add black pepper, jeera, salt and 4 tbsps of cooking oil and mix them properly. Add water slowly and knee it to normal consistency for normal puri or roti. Heat the cooking oil for deepfry in a Karahi. Make small balls roll out in the diameter of 5-6 inches deep fry till it is golden brown and crisp. Remove from karahi and place on tissue paper or kitchen paper towel to absorb the extra oil. Repeat the same process of each Kachori. Serve hot with Curd, tea or paper .
