Ingredients
- Whole wheat floor - 250 grms
- Jeera (cumin seeds)1 tsp
- Kali Mirch(black pepper)grinded coarsely 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Cooking oil 8 tbsps
- Water
Method
Mix wheat floor, jeera, salt, black paper and 4 tbsp of oil properly, add half cup of water and mix it well to make stiff dough. Distribute the dough into five parts. Heat the tawa, spread the one part of the dough with the help of Chakla and bellan up to three inches diameter place it on preheated tawa and cook its both the sides. Take it from tawa, place it on chakla and extend it up to 6 to 8 inches diameter. Place it again on tawa and cook from both sides , shallow fry and cook till it is golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with milk, tea, curd or butter.
