Kutti (Mashed Roti Butter and sugar)
Ingredients
  • Whole wheat flour kneed to a dough required for two ordinary chapatti
  • Butter - 30grms
  • Sugar - 2 1/2 tbsps.
  • cooking oil
Method
Put butter and sugar in bowl. Take dough for one chapatti and roll out to the diameter 4 inches and spead oil on its top and fold in the shape of half circle again fold its both angles over each other and make small circle fold in dry flour and roll out evenly to the extent of ordinary roti. Place it on the preheated tawa and cook from its both sides. When it is done place it on the chakla smash with the help of bellan. Put the smashed roti in the bowl of butter and suger. Repeat the same for other roti. When it is done mix mashed roti butter and suger properly and serve hot with papar.
Since it is sweet and soft dish it is very much ralished by children. It is a rich food and good for growth of the children.
