Chocolate Cake (Egg less)

- 1 1/3 cup maida
- 1 cup beaten fresh curd
- 1 cup fine sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- few drops of vanilla essence
- pinch of salt
- chopped walnuts(Optional)
- Melted butter/oil for greasing
- Sieve the maida, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder two three times and keep a side.
- In another bowl beat the curd add sugar and mix it properly. Pour the oil and mix it well add the essence. Now add the seived mixture slowly and mix it thoroughly.
- Greaze the baking pan with oil and dust it with maida.
- Preheat the oven/at 180 degree Centigrade /preheat cooker for few minutes at high flame
- Put the batter in the greased pan and place the pan in oven/preheated cooker bake it at 180 degree / medium flame of the gas stove for 35 minutes or till it is baked completely( for check put the needle or knife in the cake if it comes out cleanly it means cake is baked properly.
- Put it on wire rack till it cools.
- Remove from the pan and cut into peices and serve.
