Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter/oil/ghee
- 3 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tbs rice flour
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl till light and fluffy
- Add flour and rice flour and mix well.
- Fold in chocolate to form a soft dough,divide the dough in nine equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball and flatten using your palm.
- Place the cookies on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160oc for 25-30 Minutes till they are golden brown.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
