PASTA(Italian)
Ingredients
- Pasta - 100grms
- Onion - 1 (medium size) chopped
- Capsicum - 1 (small) chopped
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves chopped
- Pasta Sauce - 2 tbs
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tbs
- Cheese - 3/4 cup grated
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbs
- Chili Flakes - 1tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1tsp
- Oregano dry - 1tbsp
- Oil for cooking - 2tbsps
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Boil pasta in two cups of water and a pinch of salt for 8-10 minutes stir occasionally. Drain the additional water and rinse in fresh water. Keep a side.
Heat the oil in pan add chopped garlic and saute , add onion and capsicum cook till it become translucent add the tomato Ketchup, pasta sauce, salt, chili flakes, and mix properly add pasta, 1/2 cup of grated cheese, oregano and toss gently. Garnish with remaining 1/4 of grated cheese and coriander leaves and serve hot.
