PASTA(Italian)

Ingredients
  • Pasta - 100grms
  • Onion - 1 (medium size) chopped
  • Capsicum - 1 (small) chopped
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves chopped
  • Pasta Sauce - 2 tbs
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tbs
  • Cheese - 3/4 cup grated
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbs
  • Chili Flakes - 1tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1tsp
  • Oregano dry - 1tbsp
  • Oil for cooking - 2tbsps
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Method
Boil pasta in two cups of water and a pinch of salt for 8-10 minutes stir occasionally. Drain the additional water and rinse in fresh water. Keep a side.
Heat the oil in pan add chopped garlic and saute , add onion and capsicum cook till it become translucent add the tomato Ketchup, pasta sauce, salt, chili flakes, and mix properly add pasta, 1/2 cup of grated cheese, oregano and toss gently. Garnish with remaining 1/4 of grated cheese and coriander leaves and serve hot.
