Seyal Bhindi
Ingredients
- 250 gr ams Bhindi
- 250 grams Onion finally chopped
- 1 big tomato finally chopped
- 2 green chilly finally chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger piece finally chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric/Haldi
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1&1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- salt

- 1/2 tsp turmeric/haldi
- 5-6 cloves of garlic coarsely ground
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
Method
- Wash bhindi with flowing water drain the water properly and wipe with clean and kitchen towal. cut crown and bottom of each bhindi and slit it longwise in the middle.
- mix all ingridients for stuffing properly fill in each bhindi and keep aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in and thick bottomed vessel like Karahi or deep frying pan add finally
- chopped onion stir for few seconds add green chilly and ginger cook till turns light golden brown add salt,turmeric,coriander powder and red chilly powder mix properly now add 3/4 of chopped tomato mix properly. cook for few seconds. spread it in entire bottom of karahi now spread stuffed bhindi over onion masala evenly and spread remaining chopped tomato and fresh green chopped coriander over bhindi, cover it with lid, cook on slow flame for 10-15 minutes or till bhindi softens n change the colour. check occassionly if required sprinckle little water to avoid burning and to keep soggy.
- Serve hot with sindhi fulka
