LOUKI KA HALWA




Ingredients

  • Louki  1 kg
  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Ghee  1tbsp
  • Surger/jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits coarsely grounded 1/4 cup
  • Fresh mawa/khoya 2tbsp 
Method
  1. Peel and grate louki
  2. Put pressure Cooker on gas add grated louki ghee and little water  after one whistle cook for five minutes on slow flame.
  3. When steam released open the lid of cooker add milk and put it on gas cook till  milk n water absorbs stir it occasionally. 
  4. Keep on stirring till louki releases the ghee n leave the bottom  of the pan
  5. Add sugar/jaggery mix it properly when sugar/jaggery absorbed add the dry fruits and mix well
  6. Decorate with khoya and dry fruits . 
  7. Serve hot
