Ingredients
- Louki 1 kg
- Milk 1/2 kg
- Ghee 1tbsp
- Surger/jaggery 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits coarsely grounded 1/4 cup
- Fresh mawa/khoya 2tbsp
Method
- Peel and grate louki
- Put pressure Cooker on gas add grated louki ghee and little water after one whistle cook for five minutes on slow flame.
- When steam released open the lid of cooker add milk and put it on gas cook till milk n water absorbs stir it occasionally.
- Keep on stirring till louki releases the ghee n leave the bottom of the pan
- Add sugar/jaggery mix it properly when sugar/jaggery absorbed add the dry fruits and mix well
- Decorate with khoya and dry fruits .
- Serve hot
