Ingredients
- 250 Jimmikand (boiled and mashed)
- 1/2 cup finally chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 spoon black paper powder
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt /salt to taste
Method
- In a big bowl add boiled mashed jimikand one by one all other ingredients mix them properly.
- Make small discs/tickies of your choice of mixture
- Spread bread crumbs in a plate, roll all kababs in bread crumbs
- preheat frying pan for 1-2 minutes at medium flame then grease bottom of the pan properly
- place few kababs in preheated pan and drizzle some oil over the kababs fry till it is golden brown flip the kababs fry other side also till it is golden brown. Repeat same for other kababs
- remove from pan and serve hot with coriander and mint chatni or tomato sauce
Note instead of pan fry kababs can be deep fried also
